NO SANITIZER SOLUTION WAS PREPARED DURING THE INSPECTION, BUT NO FOOD PREP OR SERVICE WAS OCCURRING EITHER. HAVE SANITIZER SOLUTION AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES DURING FOOD PREP.
IT IS DIFFICULT TO TELL IF THE DUMPSTER IS SEATED ON GRAVEL OR CONCRETE. JOE SAID HE WOULD HAVE THE GARBAGE REMOVAL COMPANY MOVE THE DUMPSTER TO AN ADJACENT CONCRETE SURFACE. |
